He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond O'Brien and Sandra O'Brien (Wayne). He is survived by: his child Skylar; his stepchild Shawna-Lee Kehoe; his close friend Bobbi-Jo Smith; and his grandchild Kayden. He is also survived by his many friends and co-workers.
