He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Patterson. He is survived by: his children, Joanne Ames (Tom), Bill Patterson (Yvonne) and Donald Patterson (Marie); his stepchildren, Janis, Joan, John and Jimmy; his grandchildren, Danielle, Stephanie, Jaime Ames, Logan Patterson, Carter, Luke and Courtney Patterson; and his brother Keith Patterson (Rosemary). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
