He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy (Nellie) and Elsie (Leonard); and his brother Dr. Vic Parliament. He is survived by: his wife Evelina; his stepbrother Roy Parliament (Anita); his sister-in-law Shirley Parliament; his nieces, Lesley Taylor (Vernon) and Viktoria Smith (Nick); and his nephew Daniel Parliament.
