With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ruby Simon of Peterborough, Ontario, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Ruby left this world on May 8, 2024 at the age of 69, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She is survived by: her husband George Simon; her children, Peter (Krista) and Laurie; her grandchildren, Reese, Max, Gwen and Kate; and her siblings, Gus (Val) and Margaret. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
