He was predeceased by: his children, Jay Loucks, Catherine Loucks and Sarah Loucks; and his siblings, Jackie Loucks (Gloria) and Catherine Theobald (Claire).
He is survived by: his wife Kate; his siblings, Mary Ellen (Dino Lauro) and Peter Loucks (Lori Stewart); and his sister-in-law Janet Loucks (Stan Jalbert).
In memory of Jim, and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
