He is survived by: his wife Faye Kohlsmith; his children, Rick Kohlsmith (Christine) and Stephanie Kohlsmith (Rickey Hebert); his grandsons, Todd, Cody and Riley; his great grandchildren, Ella, Alaina and Declan; his siblings, Velma Desjardins, William Kohlsmith (Judy) and Larry Kohlsmith (Kathy); and his sisters-in-law, Carol Kohlsmith (late Donald) and Shirley Kasaboski (Ron). He is also survived by several nieces / nephews.
As expressions of sympathy donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
