He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald Pettigrew and Hazel Pettigrew (McIntyre); his stepfather Robert Vaughan; his siblings, Herbert, Joyce, Wilma, Pauline and Sharon; and his father-in-law Marshall Matheson.
He is survived by: his wife Donna (Matheson); his daughters, Wanda, Yvonne and Donna; his siblings, Ruby, Nellie, Dorothy (Mick), Doug (Ann) and Allan; and his siblings-in-law, John (Ewa), Arthur (Diane), Barb and Wilma (Lloyd).
