He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin "Glenn" McDonald and Pearl McDonald (Blackburn). He is survived by: his children, Tammy (Dale Gudmundson), Tom (Mary), Kim (Calvin Henderson) and Roy (Katherine); his grandchildren, Selena (Fred Cloutier), Kyle (Laura), Shane, Jordan, Nikki, Aidan, Sarah, Owen and Tyler; his great grandchild Eliza; and his siblings, Jeannette (Eric Kirkham), Barbara Paul (Sheldon), Audrey McDonald-Thom and Ron (Donna). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
In remembrance of Bob, contributions to the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital Foundation or the Perth Fire Department "Fire Dawgs" would be appreciated.
