He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Viva Manion and Armour Douglas Garland; his stepfather Thomas Alexander Elliott (Sandy); his wife Ginette Garland; his children, Armour Patrick Garland and Rebeccca Genevieve Garland; his brother Greg Elliott; his sister-in-law Maureen; and his brothers, William Garland (Jack) and Drew Elliott. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
