Charles Curtis Cook Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Curtis Cook of Perth, Ontario, who passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Artess and Victor. He is survived by: his close friend Barb Gemmill; his children, Jodi (Krista), Shawn (Chrissie), Nicole (Amanda), Jesse, Morgan and Kelsey; his grandchildren, Cassandra, Brittney, Trevor, Ayslynn, Tyler, Zoey, Ysabeau, Xavia and Waverly; and his siblings, Alice, Victor, Margaret, Cloris, Doris Thompson (Howard), Ron, Sharon Sworbrick and Josephine Gilchrist. He is also survived by his 5 great grandchildren.
