He was predeceased by : his parents, William Garrow and Betty Garrow. He is survived by : his spouse Brenda; his children, Sarah-Lynn Garrow (Matthew Beauchamp) and William (Kayla), grandchildren Oliana, Oakley, Obrey, Finley and Nova-Lee, and his siblings, Carolyn Herrington (Pat), Ken and Jim (Karen).
