He was predeceased by: his parents, Faye Miller and Thomas Gallagher Sr.; and his siblings, Kathy Denault (Wilbert), Diane Herrault (Vital) and David Gallagher.
He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Gallagher; his children, Shawn and Hugh Gallagher (Crystal); and his legged girl Sadie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
