It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Yolande Hosak (Parry Sound, Ontario), who passed away on November 22, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Michael Hosak; her parents, Azilda Evans and William Piette; her brothers, Carl Piette and Ronald Piette; and her children, Jean-Paul Forget (Paul), Joel Forget, Jeanne Forget, Susan Evans (Cheryl Jamieson), Angelle Forget-Bowlden and Gisele Forget. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
