She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Pawis and Donald Wheatley; her siblings, Cecil (Louise), Lorne Sidney (Audrey), Violet, George "Sock", Robert "Bob", Lila, Betty-Ann, Garth, Donald and Reggie; and her siblings-in-law, Barbara, John and Isadore "Izzy".

She is survived by: her husband Mike Johnson; her daughters, Debbie Johnson, Janice Groves (Rob) and Trudy Higgins (Sean); her grandchildren, Michael, Jordynn, Taylor, Tyler and Shane; her siblings, Sandra King (Ernie) and Clarence Wheatley (Elizabeth); and her brother-in-law Anthony "Tony" Margaret "Maggie". She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, friends, and fur babies.
