He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his children, Kelly Jo Choate (Gary), Tara Lynne McDowell (Craig) and Sarrah (Ryland); his grandchildren, Devlin and Teagan; his brothers, Tom (Marion) and Kirk (Glenda); and his sisters-in-law, Laurie, Debbie (Warren) and Donna (Kevin).
