He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fraser and Helen Fraser (Horne); his daughter Deborah Ann Willis; and his brother Jackie. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Fraser (Purdy); his stepchildren, Cameron Willis (Stacy), Audra Willis and Sean Willis (Cindy); his children, Charles Willis (Andrea Campbell), Bill Fraser (Debbie), Richard Fraser (Donna), Brian Fraser (Kim) and Heather Souders (Jim); his sister-in-law Betty; and his friend Jim Willis (Mary). He is also survived by his grandchildren, and Jean's grandchildren and great grandchildren.
