He was predeceased by: his sibling Adel (Afaf Tayyar). He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Semaan; his children, Marianne Smiley (Neil), Michelle Smiley (Janeth) and Manuel Smiley (Gelena); his grandchildren, Laila, Ashton, Melania, Sebastian and Jasmine-Paris; and his siblings, Fouad (Beverly Kouri), Sleiman (late Audet Rizk), Sam (Marie-Abou Arrage), Souad Smiley, Khalil (Georgette Abou Rizk) and Nouhad (Fouad Khoury). He is also survived by his family, friends.
