He was predeceased by: his father Sydney; his sister Sharon; and his nephew Jonathan. He is survived by: his wife Lyness; his children, Allan (Sarah) and Tamara (Andrew); his grandchildren, Parker, Marlee, Fisher, Olyver, Arthur, Millie and Ivy; his sister Elizabeth (Glenn); his nephew Christopher (Victoria); his niece Laura (Patrick); his mother Iris; his brother-in-law Jos; and his family, Dr. Mendez, Dr. Mestre and Scientist. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
