He was predeceased by: his parents, Cliff Mills and Helena Mills; his siblings, Moon and Chuck; and his daughter-in-law Andrea Gillieson Mills.

He is survived by: his spouse Marion; his children, Lori Mills, Karyn Larose and Murray Mills; his granddaughters, Cassie Guertin, Sarah Monahan, Emily Mills and Zoe Mills; his great grandchildren, James and Sophie Guertin; his sister-in-law Mary Mills (Bob); and his cousins, Bob Mills (Jean), Mary Tompach (Norm) and Corrigan.
