With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Mae Towe in Ottawa, Ontario, born in Primghar, Iowa, who passed away on April 3, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Peter; her parents, Nancy Krumm and Walter Krumm; and her brother Dan (Ann). She is survived by: her children, Christopher (Susan), Fredericka and Jennifer Courteau (Thomas); her grandchildren, Megan (Warren Rizzi), Maxwell, Alex Courteau and Nicole Courteau; and her great grandchild Ellis Rizzi.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Carol's name to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation, in appreciation for the compassionate care she received.
