He was predeceased by: his wife Jeannette; and his parents, Florimond Noel and Germaine Noel. He is survived by: his children, Bob (Laurie), Richard (Cathy), Susan (Rob), Gary (Karin), Michael (Jess) and Rachel (Scott). He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
