He was predeceased by: his former wives, Linda and Yvonne; his son Stephen; and his granddaughter Hailey Paige. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughter Christine Lee (late David); the mother of his child Diane; his son Ted (Anne-Marie); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Danika, Chelsea and Maximus; his great grandchildren, Corbin, Freya and Charlotte; and his sisters, Judy (Peter) and Puddie (Alan).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated in memory of David.
