He is survived by: his spouse Hendrika Ijsselstein (Hetty); his children, Andrea and Evelyn; his grandchildren, Zackary, Avery and Xavier; his siblings, Ineke (Jan) and Rokus (Hieta); and his siblings-in-law, Jannette (Case), Marjan (Case), Martin (Janet) and Elske (Steve). He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
