She was predeceased by: her parents, William Esler and Ina Wood; and her siblings, Leon Esler and Judy Graham. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Birdsell; her children, Chip Barkhouse (Sandra), Judy Slade, Kim Kowalchuk (Richard) and Tina Barkhouse; and her siblings, Daniel McClean, Vickie Gooding, Lanny Groat, Rob Esler, Ruth Ann Smith and Harold Wood.
