She is survived by: her parents, Bernard Sampson and Constance Sampson (Née Champoux); her brothers, Robert (Bob), Raymond (Ray) and Richard; her children, Stephanie and Perry Couwenberg; the father of her children Perry Couwenberg Sr.; and her daughter-in-law Christina De Melo.
