He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Spadafora and Maria Spadafora; his parents-in-law, Loretta and Elia Persia; his brother Ralph Spadafora; and his in-laws, Fred Persia, Sam Sacco, Ralph Persia, Amelia Dosa (Mario) and Carmella Petrella.
He is survived by: his wife Anna; his children, Rita Cardo (Anthony), Joseph Spadafora and Leo Spadafora; his grandchildren, Mia Cardo, Nico Cardo and Julia Carvalho; and his siblings-in-law, Anna Spadafora, Lisa Persia, Eva Persia, Barbara Sacco (Lenny Gualtieri), Guido Persia (Marisa) and Victor Petrella. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
