She was predeceased by: her father Rudy Klassen; and her father-in-law Ken Gingerich. She is survived by: her spouse Dale Gingerich; her children, Amanda and Joseph Griffioen of New Hamburg; her mother Erica Klassen (Thiessen); and her mother-in-law Jean Gingerich. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.

As expressions of sympathy, and in lieu of flowers, donations would be kindly accepted to Wilmot Family Resource Center or the Breast Cancer Research.
