He was predeceased by: his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Heather Francisco; his children, Marianne Francisco (Mike), Colleen Francisco (John), David Francisco and Laurie Seth; his grandchildren, Jacob Graham, Jesse Graham and Liam Garcia; and his siblings, Dianne (John), Linda and Thomas. He is also survived by his extended family, many friends, neighbors.
