She was predeceased by: her parents, Caetano Pereira and Gambara Pereira; and her husband Tony. She is survived by: her children, Alaric (Shalini), Mark (Patricia), Christopher (Mary Jane), William (Corinne), Malcolm (Edyta) and Anne-Marie (Gavin); her grandchildren, Sachie, Charlene, Ryan, Sydney, Antonio, Marco, Kieran, Ava, Elyse, Nathan, Cameron, Adrian and Tristan; and her siblings, Michael (Gaby), Thelma (late Peter), Fernando, Ingrid (late Adolphus) and Nicholas.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Palliative Care at Credit Valley Hospital.
