He is survived by: his close friend Diane; his daughters, Laura (Donald) and Melanie (Mark); and his grandchildren, Julia, Todd, Kate and Myles.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Dorothy Ley Hospice, in his name, as a fitting tribute to a man whose laughter and love enriched the lives of all who knew him.
