She is survived by: her children, Jeff Loomer and Angela Alexander (Don); her grandsons, Howard Loomer and Mitchell Alexander; and her great grandchildren, Logan and Hazel.

“I knew Marg for 40 years as my brother Allan's wife, and kept in touch with her over the later years. Marg was always kind and helpful to all , energetic , talented and resourceful, rising to every challenge, including health problems. I was so very saddened to learn of her recent and unexpected passing. She will be fondly remembered by me... My condolences to all her family members.”
