He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Louis and Claudia Desrochers; his wife Cecile; his sister Fleurette Dupuis; and his granddaughter Pamela Desrochers.

He is survived by: his sister Gert Patenaude; and his children, David (Lorraine), Kevin (Colleen) and Denise LeBlanc (Steve Snow). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
