He is survived by: his parents, Grahame and Nicola; his siblings, Joey, Joshua and Jessica; his grandmother Jill Byrne; his godparent Kelly Byrne; his significant other April Nixon; and his godparents, Darcy and David Campbell. He is also survived by his extended family, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Nicholls Funeral Home (330 Midland Ave, Midland, ON L4R3K7). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to organizations supporting Indigenous youth, a cause Jacob held close to his heart.
