He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ostrowski and John Ostrowski; and his siblings, Kay, John and Rosemary.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ostrowski; his child Leisha Ostrowski (Chris Gittens); and his grandchildren, Alexandra and Andrew Gittens.
