She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Sovey and Madeleine Sovey; her siblings, Ann Doerksen (Bill), Charlotte and Michael (Mickey); and her brother-in-law Robert Arbour.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Madeleine Stobbs, Derrick Stobbs, Rachel Agnew (Cory) and Eden Hall; and her sister Elizabeth Arbour. She is also survived by nephews as well as cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nicholls Funeral Home (330 Midland Ave, Midland, ON L4R3K7). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Margaret's Catholic Church (589 Hugel Ave, Midland, ON L4R1W3). A reception will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
