He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick and Ona; and his grandson Colin. He is survived by: his wife Danuta; his children, Armin Grigaitis (Annemarie), Anita Post (Jamie) and Marita Clarke (Tim Mullin); his grandchildren, Andrea (Ernest), Alexandra (Ben), Alicia, Joshua, Abraham (Matthias) and Brandon (Kayla); his great grandchildren, Sandra of Natalya, EJ, Na'liyah, Quincy, Charlie, Lily, Reese, Van, Remy and Avery; and his children, Lynn, Kathy, Debbie, Laura, Trista, Bobbie and Dr. Colin Tadashi Cochrane.
Since Adi spent his final day in Hospice Huronia - Tomkins House in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature, the family would appreciate in memories donations to support the important and amazing work provided by these caring individuals in time of need.
