He was predeceased by: his son Kenny; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, John, Alicia of Maynooth, Bonnie, Jim Avery of Whitney, Dale and Doug; and his siblings, Lawrence, Garfield, Rosella, Violet, Russell, Fay and Carmen. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
