He was predeceased by: his parents, George Adams and Winnifred Adams; and his brother Barry Adams. He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Christine Adams (Carlos Urrea), Janet Waterhouse (Nick) and Stephen Adams; and his grandchildren, Claire, Chloe, Sienna, Keane and Aria.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Lung Cancer Canada, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation, would be appreciated by the Adams family.
