He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Brown and Ethel Brown; his siblings, Dorothy Phillips (Wendell) and Winston Brown (Ruth); and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Fraser (Jimmy) and Lois Hill (Donny).
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis'Sissy'; his children, Scott Brown (Mary) and Shawn Brown (Cynthia); his grandchildren, William (Emma), Kayla, Katelyn, Jeffery and Jordan; his sister Valerie Parks; and his brother-in-law Eric Graham (Sheila). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
