He is survived by: his wife Heather; his sister Susan Harris (Stickley); his nephew Oliver Harris; his nieces, Samantha Harris and Emma Harris; his great-niece Lilly; his great-nephew Alfie; his cousins, Janet, Ian, Kelly, Megan Rodger, Carol, Bob Temple and Brenda Anger; and his friends, Ed, Ruth Murphy, Catja Piesche, Gene Oswald, Sharon, Bill and Glenda Hayward.

He was my teacher and often my therapist, but mostly, he was such a dear friend to me.
