It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Julia Hooft (Langton, Ontario), born in Tillsonburg, Ontario, who passed away on May 4, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jim; her parents, Gerard Vanderhaeghe and Marie Julia Vanderhaeghe (Defever); her sister Tante; her daughter Jamie Hooft; her sibling-in-law Arlene Vanderhaeghe; her siblings, Gilbert Vanderhaeghe, Rene Vanderhaeghe (Dorothy) and Monica Van Tyghem; and also, Pat Hooft of Langton and Parry Sound.
Memorial donations as expressions of sympathy may be made by cheque to "St. Mary's General Hospital, Kitchener" or "Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe" through the funeral home.
