He was predeceased by: his siblings, Hubert, Gisela, Lioba, Lothar, Rita, Hildegard and Franz.
He is survived by: his wife Lucia; his children, Cornelia (Michael Kreller) and James Griesbaum (Susan); and his great grandchildren, Rexton, Lucy, Theodore, Samuel, Violet and Isabel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
