He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bert (Mary), Junior (Winnie), Dorothy VanOordt (Bill) and Violet Thibideau (Ross); and his siblings-in-law, Buddy Scharlach (Iona), Reggie Scharlach (Jeannie), Jimmy Scharlach (Nancy), Dolly Huehn (Doug), Jeanette Kopf (Ken), Doreen McDonnell (Pat) and Catherine Kaminska (Gerry McConnell).
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Duane (Teena) and Darlene; his grandchildren, Crystal, Krysten and Spencer; his sister Marlene Mage (Wally); and his siblings-in-law, Yvonne Russell (late Art), Diane Finnegan (late Norm), Ronny Scharlach (Pat) and Shirley Hagedorn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
