He was predeceased by: his former wife Dorothée (Pikula); and his parents, Sylvia Ward-Campbell (Leeds) and Douglas Ward-Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Andréa Balfour; his daughters, Belinda Ward-Campbell and Kim Ward-Campbell; his stepchildren, Alexandra Vlcek Whitfield and Andrew Vlcek (Michelle); and his brother Iain Ward-Campbell (Christine).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that remembrances be directed to the Choral Scholar Fund at St. John's.
