He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Mackenzie and Marguerite Mackenzie (Searle). He is survived by: his children, Adam Mackenzie, Ashley O'Brien, Kelly Mackenzie and Brian Alexander; and his grandchildren, Keiran Alexander, Liam and Ariana.
