He was predeceased by: his parents, William Garahan and Ellen Garahan (Davis); and his sister Maureen Garahan (Momay). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Garahan (O'Connell); his children, Moe Garahan and Bill Garahan; his sister Zita Drake; his sisters-in-law, Margaret Arthur and Susan Sundve (Jarl); his nieces and nephews, Elaina Hamelin, Crystal O'Connell, David and Stephen Mate; his grandchildren, Tessa and Owen; and his cousins, Philip, John Davis, Davis and Mary Diamond. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
