He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Mildred; his son Dean Lalonde; and his granddaughter Erika MacMillan. He is survived by: his wife Caroline MacMillan; his children, Ronnie Lalonde, Danny MacMillan (Tracy Gaudon) and Tracy Freitag (Dwayne Freitag); his sister Gladys Jylha; his grandchildren, Deanna (Mike), Trina, Kristin, Sean and Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Mackenzie, Zachary, Patrick, Lexi and Walker.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in Eric's memory can be made to St. Peter's Church.
