He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Waugh and Hilda Waugh; his wife Joan; his sons, Andrew and Steven Waugh (Jessica); his grandchildren, Braydon (Emily), Emma and Carson Waugh; and his siblings, Kathryn and Brian.
