It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Messenger (Kirkland Lake, Ontario), who passed away on March 2, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald Messenger to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Vivian Caroline Messenger; his parents, Arthur Messenger and Myrtle Messenger; his sons, Gary and Dale Messenger; and his siblings, Elsie (Bowen), Clarence, Arthur, Elmer, Mabel (Bandy), Kathleen (Wilson), Hazel (Faulkner), Helen (Wallace), Gladys (Sherritt) and Verna (Hearn).

He is survived by: his children, Dennis Messenger (Barbara Knauth), Susan Klinke (Peter) and Darlene Messenger (Steve Vass); his grandchildren, Megan (Adam), Morgan, Claire, Shawn, Terri (Jeff), Erika (Nolan), Heidi (Dustin) and Jacob (Kelsey); and his great grandchildren, Grace, Isaac, Krysta, Alexie, Jaxson and Kora. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
