He is survived by: his parents, Majors Elva and Henry E. Rowsell of Keswick; his brothers, Craig (Gillian) and Dwight (Sue-Anne); his children, Jonathan (Ligia), Jesse, Cody, Poppy of Olivia, Chase and Lukas; his close friend Tammy; and also, Katie and James. He is also survived by his nieces, extended family and many friends.
A public Celebration of Graham's Life will be held in the Georgina Community Church of the Salvation Army following the COVID 19 pandemic.
